Susan is an Attorney admitted to Oregon, Washington and California State Bar Associations.

Since 2002, Susan represents NRU before BPA regarding regional transmission organization efforts (Grid West), transmission rates and tariffs, transmission planning, general transfer service issues, mandatory reliability standards, Slice issues affecting NRU, Residential Exchange Program litigation, regional dialogue matters.

She previously worked as an attorney for BPA regarding bulk and surplus power rates and marketing issues raised by California utilities. Also worked from BPA’s Wash DC office regarding FERC matters.

Prior to that as the Manager, Regulatory Affairs and Associate Counsel for Northwest Natural Gas in Portland, Oregon:

Responsible for Company’s integrated resource planning
Responsible for all regulatory initiatives in Oregon, WA, Canada, U.S. Federal
